OMG! Whnt home for lunch and the Chinese Takeaway (which is one of the retail untis under the flats) was on fire this morning. When I arrived home there was fire engines everywhere but luckly the blaze was out. But When I opened the front door to my flat is stank of smoke. I think all my stuff is ruined! Pissed off!!!! I opened all the windows but hopefully caught it in time.
This is turning into a bad week :(

One time I passed out hard after a long night of drinking, having put a frozen pizza in the oven.
I woke up to the smoke alarm blaring and the oven was bellowing black smoke. It stunk so nasty! Burnt cheese! All that was left was a think crisp of ashes.
Anyway, the place reeked for months until I moved out... Never really could get the smell out.
Try Febreeze!

that sux. shouldn't their insurance cover any damage to your property? you should try to get them to at least compensate you for something.

bowls of white vinegar set at intervals around your apartment can help get the smell out-- no lie

no dita, there is this one spray thing...i forget, start with an F, i think...that may help...
sorry to hear that girl...yeah...i say free kitten lo mein on the restaurant until the smell goes away! =)

opening you legs for a few minutes in each room will also assist in disguising the smell, although you may find it worse, its all a matter of taste
