What do you think of the design for my angency's site? I was trying to keep it minimal, so the focus would be on the work...

It took me a minute (a literal minute) to find how to get futher into the site. The "here" link at the end of that paragraph should at least be underlined or set off more from the paragraph's black text so we know it's hot. Once I got into the site, however, I thought the work was stellar.

I really hated putting the inspirational quotes on there...but that came from the owner. I did get him to agree to no sound effects though!

make the enter button clearer.
'Best viewed with....' links are SO 1998 - sniff for browsers and then either let them proceed or parse them to an upgrade page...
