i'm handing in my notice tomorrow, but its very strange sat here at work knowing by the end of the week i'll be outta here
good thing is 'll have 4 weeks gardening leave, in August, nice
Whats the best way to do it? Letter? just say? or a n other way?

I think I will leave no matter what. I'm demotivated, disollussioned, and I hate the big corporateness of it all.
Mind you, if they offer me £56k to stay, I would have to consider - but thats not going to happen

Do it the wendell way, but with a twist. Arrange a grillfest, sleep with the chiefs wife, get it all on tape, accidently leave the tape at the office and get him to fire you.

motivation thingy is very relative and liquid imo. one day you are bad with the boss you feel like shit the other day he/she likes the work you do and you are sold out again.
but working corporatelike companies must be different of course. so vespa is right.
