flash help? tutorial?

    Hi
    have you ever seen one of those flash distortion animations where the image is (usually )cut into a grid of 3 X 3 and grabbing/dragging any of grid distorts the remainder of the image? If anyone knows of a tutorial i've been serching for a while and cant hunt one down. thanks.
