wha version u got
make a square shape or sumthing to fill
get your properties window up
clik on the pull down tab beside the paint bucket and selct 'patterns' theres a shit load in there, they are 'ok'

hey i just looked in fireworks and lookit there is a wood fill under the fill window (of all places)...and it looks way better than what i did.
