asp email multipart

  does anyone know how to test an email sent via asp/ mail component.

  how do you find out what the text alternative looks like??

  i can't find a setting in outlook or outlook express to allow me to recieve text only, it always displays the html content

  is there an easy way to do this??

  ermm.. try thunderbird from Mozilla..

  I'm not sure how you do it in Outlook.

  cheers i got all excited as it seemed to offer the necessary options, but in fact it converts the html bit to a 'text-ised' version

  if the message has a separate text content part, this is not shown

  anyone else??
