Go to the Claremont Cafe in the South End. YUM. It's amazing food with a very cool vibe. Yes, the owners are my friends but everyone I've sent there has raved about it.

Eat at the Central Kitchen on Mass Ave in Cambridge. Its expensive, but killer. Then go right upstairs for hip music and one of the most tasteful lounges in the city called the Enormous Room. Monday is a cool night there- experimental drumnbass/hiphop/anything u can think of mashups with really talented DJs (www.beatresearch.com). Really, the Enormous Room is one of the only nice spots thats not meathead central.

90% of these suggestions suck, if you are in Boston on the 22nd go see Questlove at Aria. He's playing an afro beat set, I think the same one he played at winter music, and it was retarded. Aria can suck ,and 90% of the guys are herbs, but unless you are going for the guys that night is ran by my boy Johnny Neckbone http:..www.futureclassic.net
and his events are off the hook 90% of the time. You can see flicks at the future classic site, oh the ladies!!!!!
