Looks fun but chaotic... especially the background patterns. I am assuming this is a rough layout so not critique of the word spacing.

kill the right columns background and extend the left columns background under the whole main section. maybe tone it back a bit.

you might want to set any body text to 11 or 12 pixel/point arial/helvetica, it'll be more realistic in final look/design...
