So I moved house about 4 weeks ago... and tried transfer my broadband there... rang up a week ago and they said it had failed because of unpaid bills (I pay by direct debit so god knows how that happened)
Anyway I said that I would like to cancel my contract with them... to which the smug git on the other end said you can't as you have to be on their for 12 months... so i said I was unhappy that they werenot fulfilling their side of the contract, which I can do after a months fuck up. So she says oh, okay... I'll put you through to the cancellation department... and duly angs up on me..
grrrrrrr..... and this is after I had to wait 30 minutes on hold to get through... so I thoguht feck ringing again...
So I sent them a stinking email... but never got a reply which on their site they promise to reply in an hour, but when you submit the form, it says we will reply with 24 hours... anyway... they didn't so I rang up at the begining of last week and they said ah yes it is all going through and will be done by 10th july (ah i thought, they have obviously got my mail and someone has had their ass kicked)... so I rang up yesterday as it was still not working... and they sadi... 'oh nothing has been done, it is still on the phnoe number at your old address!!!!!!'
what the hell!!!!!
So I had to go through the whole procedure again... pay 25 quid for the transfer, and wait 10 working days for them to removed it from the old number and 10 days to add it to the new.
How long does that actually need to take! oh... and they let me off a month subscription for good will (arseholes!!!!)

yeah, they're ALL cunts, remember what I was saying about my experiences...
utter fuckers, and yet everything is so contractually sewn up in their favour there's not much you can do (except refuse to pay which is what I did).

I konw rasko... I was reading that and it is unbelieveable... they are not responsible for a drop in service... and this can carry on for up to a month... before you can cancel it from your side!
