Hey,
Im just after graduating not long ago,
im sniffin around for non-profit/charity jobs, anyone want to throw somethin my way?any of you veterans ever make up your own jobs as you were startin off, just to bulk up your portfolio?

a portfolio to start might give you a lot more chances, and remember, keep it simple!

yeah ive got say, around ten different jobs in my portfolio but not very happy with them all!

see if your city has a charity that lawyers donate hours to battered wives/wives of drug addicts that are seeking divorce or custody of their children. We have one in my city called the Equal Justice Coalition. I donated some things their way when I was just starting out and I eventually got to work on quite a few attorney's web sites since then. it really worked out for me. or hit up an inner city community center. You might even teach some kids a thing or two. The karma is excellent and it looks outstanding on your resume/portfolio. good luck man.
