i painted at Scribble 3 back in 2000, when the graffiti part was in Dayton. Scribble's dope, you should go to peep all the at and tsc crew stuff.

I'm gonna try to get down there for sure, it's very close to my wedding date, but nonetheless, I'd love to see Dibbs again. He's by far my fav DJ, but I'm not sure if he's even playin?

I saw the dj battle between Prcyse and abilities in 01 or 00? Abilities is one of the best djs i've seen easy. Shit sounded like a ufo landing in the middle of a jimi hendrix set.

That's wicked, yeah Abilities is dope, I just love Dibbs' style and selection, I've had Turntable Scientifics for years and still listen to it once a week. That's why I want to go to Scribble so bad, I've been following this mid-west US hip hop scene for a while and I definitely relate to it much more than most shit that comes out.

i live in LA now before that Chicago. I lived in Dayton, ohio for a while so I've seen alot of the Cincinatti stuff graf, music. You should really go down. All the writers i met there are super nice. All these huge dudes geting up in everybodies books.

I can't say that I've seen too much graf from Ohio, but I haven't paid much attention to that side of things in quite a while. Are you still writing in LA?

I was supposed to, my gf's work mate is one of the organizors and we had free tickets, but stayed too late at a bbq that day and didn't feel like going after :( I haven't been to a DMC in like 4 years, getting old and responsible sorta sucks sometimes...

I grew up in a very small town in southern Ontario, so there wasn't a lot of writers, but met some in high school and we used to paint quite a bit, I was never really that good, but it was definitely good times for a few years. Then when I moved to Toronto, I met a few guys from KWOTA and a couple other dudes, and they sorta jaded me on the whole scene. Talented guys, but complete jerk-offs (some of them). But I guess it comes with the territory.
