I know I have done something like this before:
I have an Image (hyperlink) I want to trigger showing a swf in a particular cell when the Image (hyperlink) is pressed - not rollover.
Can anyone please point me in the direction of a solution?
thank u

now i read your whole thread
you have to label a frame inside the swf. no need really for javascript inside html href.
ex: http://www.stacollect.com/main.p…will take you too a certain point in a swf.
the link expands full screen

is there not another way to do it without having 2 flash files?
If I use flash basically i would have one swf with a button that onclick would call another swf?

i thought javascript could accomplish this?

Communication with an swf from javascript is doable, but not supported in all broswers. IE uses activeX to talk to swfs, but Netscape fails. Netscape used to have a feature called "liveconnect" (or something like that) that provided an way to communicate, but they dropped it.

I thought I'd resurrect a 12 year old thread to ask a JS / JQuery / GSAP question which I'm sure is just me being dumb - but I can't work it out and its just annoying me now.
Have a bunch of buttons, they have rollover detected with Jquery and animated over state using timeline GSAP
I am trying to animate elements within the rolled over element but cant seem to work out how to target/select them to animate.
see :
http://codepen.io/anon/pen/LbVvK…at the moment I'm just trying to fade in '.contentWorkBg' for now, i will probably do more but once i know what to do to select that and animate it im sure anything else should be straight forward.
anyone shine some light for me?

Added some extra CSS so the inned div takes the whole size of the parent A tag and modified a bit of the JS
