I've heard really good thins about madvillainy. REALLLY GOOD ting's. A buddy of mine was gonna let me "sample" it, but I gotta catch up with him.

I like almost everything by Madlib, although I wasn't extremely impressed with the Yesterdays New Quintet or the JayLib album. But, yeah the Madvillain record is fantastic!

you should reall check it out man, its out there,you gotta listen to it from beginning to end. it samples frank zappa and stuff, what more can u ask. i was lucky enough to catch it live, had a blast!

I've tried to get into that "Shades of Blue" record, but I find there's only like 3 tracks on it that come close to doing the originals justice. Same with the Verve Remix series...

Yeah Qausimoto and the Lootpack stuff is really brilliant, what really got me into his stuff. The Madvillain album is awesome also though, alot thanks to Mf Doom too. Doom has a solo album coming out soon aswell, advance copies available on Soulseek.

New Mf Doom album is called Mm Food and is due out in August. He is just Doom this time, as oppose to King Geedorah or Viktor Vaughn. He seems to be slightly schitzprenic aswell as a workoholic :)
