you can then convert it to .wav and then into mp3 or aiff, I made aiffs and the quality is sweet.. takes a while to do mp3's.

in the dreaded ogg format. Click the 'easymp3s' link and get downloading.The downloads were all 2.8mb to 3.8mb and came down really quick. I'm hoping that means they are kosher. Will let you know when I can finally check them.
