I changed my user name on my mac & now all of my files are GONE. Is there a way I can undo this? I already tried to change the name back. Damn me.

Your files should all be still available in your previous user folder... go into your MacHD and then Users, you will find a folder there which should contain all your files, i..e those on your previous desktop etc.

that cmd+z in real life would come in handy..especially if you had actually lost all your files.
