i disagree. true css support is faaar superior in derivatives of mozilla. if it wasn't, why the hell are there so many hacks to make shit work in IE? css IS where the web is going (and already should be) but it's being held back by for-profit companies who don't want to make standards compliant browsers.

Why the fuck should I trust what the homland security monkeys recommend ? The fact that IE is not secure, uhmmmm duuuuu...
1) get a hardware firewall
2) Anti-Virus Software
3) Spyware killerz
And your all good, unless the gov is investigating you, you might need to take some more steps for true security ;-)

Dear Microsoft,
I have been informed that I can no longer use your internet browser. According the the United States government I am putting myself and my country at risk by using a Microsoft product.

IE used to be good.
But like always Open Source will eventually over power!

yeah, i'm not all about the dept of HS, it's just nice to hear that people just don't have to be sheep all the time and if someone nods them into a different direction for a good reason, i'm all for it.

so is MS going to have to put a warning on all products now like cigarettes?
"CAUTION: This browser may cause your internet experience to suck."
