hello all - i am looking for a first edition printing of this book that someone would like to sell. only in perfect or near perfect condition offers please. i have only seen one copy on ebay, which was in bad condition. feel free to email or just post here, and i'll make you an offer. thanks much.

yes, i tried ebay and the copy i found was in bad condition.
i know it's a dope book and i've heard they are reprinting it . . perhaps you would be willing to part with yours for the cost of the repint + $50?

They have on at the Borders in Ann Arbor Michigan call them and have them ship it to you. They slip case is a little beat up but still functions.

I just looked on Amazon and there are a lot of copies available. I don't know about finding a first printing. Other than collectablity is there a big difference between the first and later printings?

mija - good question . . i guess there probaby isn't a notable difference between the two pressings . . . i simply wanted to obtain the first because it is a present and the person receiving really wanted a first pressing.
anyone know if there is a difference?

cheers indeed. i'm just wondering if these here on amazon will have the slip cover i hear some of them have? i haven't ever seen this book in person so i don't know the deal with the slip cover.
