Online flash/java chat?!!

I need to find an online flash / java chat that i can use to talk to my friend in newyork! - she can't install messenger for some reson..
( and she doesn' have a phone ) I'm looking for something i don't have to register for and that has some sort of private rooms or session.. THANKs!

Mike Buzzard's blather site isn't private... or at least I believe its all public, his video portion is flashcom and the chat is in a java app.
