A home in "London" on a designers wage. Most banks I have talked too just laughed at me when I told them my Anuale wage.

Either, find a partner and double up on Salary, have rich parents and ask for them to re-mortgage their own property to invest in your new one, or find a Mortgage Broker that will give you up to 10 times your salary on a mortgage - but dont go in for 100% mortgage, I hear sirens of negative equity just around the corner.

1. persuade girlfriend to pose for photos and to do live webcam shows twice a week online. u design and build the site.
2. start dealing. selling at schoolgates before you start work in the mornings at a nearby school.
must be hell likes cos of the prices in london. whoever said yuo should move up north with the rest of us monkeys has it right.
less money paid out on house/rent.
less hassle commuting.
no tubes to get on.
friendlier people in the street.
