how do u clear your cache to view changes on your local test site?
I've tried clearing it from internet options, but have had no luck.

its possible your isp has cached it..

try hitting ctrl+refresh on pc or option+refresh on mac to refresh the server cache from within the browser

i dunno if its just me going crazy. but sometimes i swerr there is nothing you can do but wait.
sometimes.. not very often..

I don't know why it worked this time, but I just closed the window and re-opened it and wala!
