I am trying to print all frames within a movieclip or even better just the bitmaps within the movieclip. Can anyone help?

I can't print anything I have done in flash at all it freezes my machine.
Sites that used to work don't any more.
Any clues?
It seems that it has happened since I have installed mx 2004???
