Computer Spec Help

  Hey All, I have to build a computer that will be used exclusively for installation purposes.

  The big thing I need is a Windows machine able to play approx. a 180GB video file with no chunkiness.

  I know this is pretty daunting, but I thought if anyone would know you guys would, any advice on video cards,processors, etc etc.
