The thing that some IT people say that annoys me the most is: make it Pretty or Pretty It Up a bit. Anyone heard this? It makes me want to hurl.

a guy here says that more than he should. also, 'i don't get it, make it more gettable' i'm like, dude, your 45 and our target audience is 19-23. do you even REMEMBER being that young? of course you don't get it.

when i was in school, my teacher would always say "it's the nature of the beast" about software, about computers, about "design."
he also said, "tweak" a lot. as in "take this picture and tweak it to make it look more gritty."i also had a client who said "drama" like "dra (as in dracula)-muh". hated that one to no end.

the worst is that the director of my department (logistics) calls and spells it LODGistics" wtf is that? how can he be the director and boss and not know how to spell it??? MORON!
