I have this for sure. About once a month I will wake up and jump up out of sleep because i cannot breathe. I find when I sleep on my left side it happens but on my right it doesn't.

Scary. What do they recommend for long term soltuions? The heart attack and strokes is what scares me.

I had no idea I had it... girlfriends freaking out in the middle of the night gave me a pretty big clue.

i have sleep apnea too, i thought it was normal until i slept over my friend's house when i was little and he told me that i was meow-ing in my sleep. apparently the sleep apnea makes me meow in my sleep.
