Who are you, Mark I guess????
Yeah its good mate, maybe change the wording a little at the bottom to "for our imagination"
Nice work

I like it...not so keen on the strapline, seeems a bit bollocksy if thats such a word, but thats what colleges teach students......
- DavidFelt0
lol save, your right, I went to that college years ago and they did try to get you to do dead wordy stuff.
Graphics dont always need straplines...
- save0
Innovate , seeing as your in Manc do you know of any reallly nice design places??? Hoping to re-locate to Manc....
cheers....
- Innovate0
haha yea we have to convince the teachers theres a meaning behind the work. itsa "famous quote".

tutors need to progress with the times.....
- Innovate0
keep the crit coming :) neway u think the image cud be improved, cant remove the strap line cos of tutors and the bull that comes along with doing college work
- save0
When I was at college, I designed all the work to be be graded, then made the alts which I felt were a appropiate to improve my exhibition. Basically got rid of all the bollocks that I didn't like, such as pointless straplines.
- Innovate0
haha ok iv got rid of the text for the exhibition!

excellent color scheme.

well the 'regenerate' theme is certainly evident in the styling (drips/45 degree lines/targets/flowers/urban imagery) whether that was intentional or just trend that happened to garnish the regenerate theme of your construction/building imagery is upto you to own upto or not.
The strapline is cheese upon cheese as save said.
I can see this on a threadless shirt but it doesn't say anything at all as far as communicating to me that this is a poster for a final year show, I say it is fashion over function and rather self gratuitous in that sense.
- naimryu0
I agree... it looks great but doesn't communicate anything. But that doesn't seem to matter in most colleges nowadays. I speak from experience.
- Innovate0
thanks mate great feedback, yeah i did that tshirt and the look for the show and wanted to take that into my final work so my work is recognisable. i am gonna get rid of the strapline if i can.
- Innovate0
we had to choose a idea based on the theme - regenerate. so the idea behind mine was the world around us so i tried to bring all these elements such as technology , the world map, people, wildlife , buildings etc together into 1 element whilst still being recognisable to the theme regenerate. as rasko said about it .

yes- beautifully trendy- well said. It's a nice looking piece but an all too popular design scheme. I think you could use the same ideas- same images- and move them around, play with them. until it stops looking like any Threadless post.
good luck
- Innovate0
if it seems familiar to threadless , i did actually post the look which is similar on there .
