I love that guy, he came up to me one day out of the blue and we sat and talked about skating and music. And just being your own self above it all... I miss those days.

I saw this footage on the net of him kickflipping a handrail. Best thing about it was that it wasn't just any kickflip. He went over the rail and the board went below the top but above the center rail. It was sick... Gonz is still the man with style above the rest. I still remember his part in Blind's Video Days....

both hosio and gonz were brillaint at street and vert though...gonx I think had the edge on street as hosoi did at vert - but back then street was still launch ramps and shit...
