Can any of you recommend a good lower price place to order software online (adobe, macromedia)? I'm searching for lowest prices but running into a lot of shady sites. For instance finding sites that are almost full price only to find it's OEM software.

Not to be smart-ass, but they have that whole buying cheaper software than retail thing pretty much squashed.
Its full price or nothing as far as I know.
If not, I'd love to know though.
Bump that ish!

Maybe your right. I always thought you could definitely always getting something at least a little cheaper than retail. I was figuring that if I bought it straight from Adobe it would be a waste of money.

Actually, if you are buying for a business-
a. you can write it off on your taxes as a business expense
&
b. Adobe does a program where you can sign up and get all the latest versions in the mail w/out ordering... My old boss used to have it at AlphaGraphics-- I think it only cost him a couple hundred a year and he was always up to date too. you may want t oresearch that

Soler, it's more like a couple of thousand a year, not hundred. Mostly all these companies have deals like that. Don't know about adobe, but Macromedia has it (DevNet) and Microsoft has it (MSDN).
