Who's printing it and on what?

its going through a proper print company , its going to be on a2 250 gsm gloss paper

should be alright, not sure how gsm=lbs, i'm guessing it's heavier stock. as long as the strokes aren't being reversed out of a color or multiple plates you should be alright. don't go much lower than hairline if you are reversing them out though.

the srokes are colour on colour , the stoke are a cream and the back ground a blue there ontop of it .

is it 4 c or are they spots? the results might be dodgy, make sure you don't over print, but i would definitely talk to your printer.

its just spot colour or straight cmky, yeah ill av a word with them, would it usualy be ok?

if it was a straight spot overprinting on a lighter bg it would be alright, but lights on darks need to be knocked out and it's hard to trap at that small a size. unless you want it to overprint, but it sounds like you don't. definitely show the file to your printer and make friends with him/her.
