I urgently need to find out how i can export my animation from Flash MX for broadcast TV. Preferably written for a dvd presentation. I've tried the standard 720 by 540 and using the cinepak compressor. But it turns out really really awful in my tele.
Any one knows what can be done? Pls advise

What is your output format - are you going to tape, to DVD or what? Are you going from Flash to an NLE program or to After Effects? Post more info.
On a mac, exporting a quicktime using the animation codec at full resolution will yield the best results.

export movie
use file option pulldown.
windows avi is the first option after .swfdon't use compression. it'll just take forever, and you'll compress it later when you're outputting to your desired format

I'm on a mac. So the windows avi doesn't appear. I'm exporting from Flash to Adobe premiere. Then through toast into a VCD/DVD.
I've tried the animation compressor. The only problem is there's a logotype which is constant throughout, and in Premiere, It becomes a really pixelated.
Anyhow, thanks guys. Appretiate it.
