I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with Google Sponsored Links or other pay-for bits of google.
The company I am working for are wanting to sign up to it, but I am not 100% convinced it is worth it yet, concidering the size of the company, etc...

i would say it's worth it...
you can do keyword bidding and whatnot. you only pay when someone clicks, you can do realtime changes, you can choose to only have your link sponsered at a certain time of day, for example from 6pm-10pm when most people are home from work and possibly on line, etc...i work at the 3rd largest retail site online and we have several people here that just work on search strategies. but i just know general shit, sorry...
