Yeah, mainly just wondering what the shorcut is to do a bullet in Windows.
I can't find anything to tell me what it is.

hold down alt the whole time you're typing 0149.

Or go to Start>Programs>Accesories>Charac... Map
you can drag that into your Quick launch area and you just have to click icon to display all hidden characters.
