    Hi, I'm in negotiations to redesign the whole web site with individual web modules for one government agency. Do you have any suggestion on what type of approach would I take? Totally minimalistic, just text and color variations, or to add light graphics and making it look more bank/business like? Of course, we will be doing xhtml standardization. I think that this would be the first government site in AZ to have fully implemented standardization throughout their whole online system.

    Also, any examples or really nice government-type sites would be appreciated.
