    ...comunication card that broke. I'ts on the garantee though. We got the same problem with 3 IBooks, and had to send them to service. We did save the documents on the hard drive, by starting the IBook u as a FireWire disk (by holding down "c" and restart it connected to another mac through ireWire cable )
