Flash playback - proof of life

    Currently in a debate about the performance of the flash player between a mac and a PC.

    We are doing tests here on the relative FPS rate on various machines, both platforms and the results are all over the shop. So we decided to put this out to the greater community.

    People are extolling this 31fps theory..but does any have any HARD and SOLID proof that this is correct.

    Not after conjecture of MAc v PC war of whatever. And I have already searched the PV-AN and also googled it.
