Stop looking on Craigslist for design jobs.
97% are insulting wages/requests and most of them are from unestablished companies or one guy in his garage.

yeah! it might be a good start for a right person.
But, man! I think it's kind of funny too.
whatever the lowest position on the job opening, that's what they will ask you to do.
OR, maybe some people could jump high right away.

Probably in house web jobs with loose timelines, saying hello people who come by... and at an Art gallery... sounds like it could be OK for the right person.
