Anybody know how to make a custom scroll bar in html? I just saw a site recently that uses a thin scroller that scrolls text in html without up and down bars. I've seen it done before on other sites. Might have been done in javascript or dhtml? Any ideas?

I can't stand scroll bars which don't let me use my scroll button. Why not using CSS to customize the default one? Tsk, tsk... It's like flash scroll bars, can be anything more stupid than that?
