Has anyone ever had any trouble getting an apartment even though they make a good sum of money? I have been desperately looking for a place and because i am young and dont have alot of refereces etc.. they keep fucking me over. I dont want to live in a shitty dump?? Any suggestions?

have your parents co-sign the lease? move in with a friend who has already established a rental history?

how is your credit? do you have a copy of your credit report? check it out and see if there is anything that is keeping you from getting a place. would you parents be willing to sign as a guarantor?

actually, i bet k0na would gladly intimidate the apartment managers for you, as long as you pay him. He'll gladly take a door curtain made with beer coasters (maybe some cans on the bottom to make a kicky little noise whenever they are moved).
