k. i'm not reading all these so i don't know if this has been said before.
here is what you need to do. the next time you see them (tomorrow) show up a bit late to the ferry (haha... ferry) anyways, when you walk on in a casual friendly tone say 'hey, good morning... i see you two here all the time. i'm (insert name here), sorry for not saying hello and introducing myself sooner.' conversation should start up from there. saying hello is ALWAYS a good start and your best line.

let me tell you what happened tih morning. I was staying in the same seat, she arrived late with headphones but I realised her late, than her friend came to and they sit down to their everyday seat. I just behave I don't care about her. The thing is, I was with my ex-girl this weekend, it was fantastic, and I think it won't be appropriate to talk to the girl right now.
it seems I missed my chance.
