Hi groovers,
OK how do I check how many colours are used in my PDF and which cours they are?

prolly need some kind of preflight software.

open it in illustrator...first i would zooom into the PDF, if you can keep zooming without loosing quality then it's an illustrator friendly and you can figure out colors by simply openin the PDF in illy.

In Acrobat 6, go to Advanced>Separation preview

oh hehe ok...i was thinkin, yeah...PDFs are good when they were made from illutrator, you can just open then from there.
