yo, trying to put together the next version of my site, framalicious. anyways, works find in mozilla, cant get the targets for the frames to work right in ie. here is the situation:

so, it will open shit in the "second" frame, but when ie tries to open it in the third frame, it just opens it in a new window, i dont get it. ie is gay anyways but id like to figure it out since some people still have no clue and use ie.
