Adobe Illustrator CS comes with a load of templates for stuff like that, not sure about earlier versions though.

I think you are refering to Digipack cases:

Carefull with those "cardboard" cases though, most printers will use a pretty wide line screen on them, so sometimes small details will get lost. I would make sure you contact your printer or production rep before you get too into the job.

all digipacke in belgium are made by vandersteeg deluxe..try contactin them...dont know about their website though...
