Hi,
I'm thinking of going to University after completing my college diploma. I'm looking at three different places right now:
- Sheridan/York (Toronto)
- UQÀM (Montréal)
- NSCAD University (Halifax).I've found a bunch of info on the first two on the PVN. However, I can't find much on the Halifax University. Anybody have any opinons, comments or other suggestions concerning Halifax?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I live and work in Halifax and love it here. I didn't go to NSCAD but it has a wonderful reputation. The city itself is very supportive of arts, be it fine art, music, theater. Lot's of creative folks doing there own thing... Oh and NASCAD is located in the best part of the city right by the waterfront.

Halifax attracts me for its reputation as a city of music and art.
I lived in Montréal for a month during an internship. Loved it. great city.
Toronto only attracts me for its reputation. But the city itself isn't that appealing.
Thanks for the feedback. Maybe you'll hear from me in one year.

Yeaaaah.. Halifax is a good town. NSCAD has a good rep and you'd be surrounded by eclectic group of students - meaning no shortage of inspiration.. No jobs tho so don't plan on staying but for school, you couldn't pick a better town...
