I've eaten Brain, tounge and heart before, kinda tastey.
I live with some filipinos right now...now they eat some weird stuff. One of them swears by Pork Fu...basically looks like 70's carpet shavings. The other one keeps this package of ... I want to say ... sweet and sour guppies ... I tried one once and I swear it brought me back to the days of redneck bait shops.

the sweatbreads offer nothing for me, the sweet and sour guppies on the other hand have me pleasently intrigued. do you know the name?

No I dont .. I don't write filipino either. Seriously pungent though. I've had sweetbreads too, those were funky too.

sweetbreads are good if you can avoid thinking about them too much. heart is amazing...specially on the streets of lima, with herbs and lemon on a stick.
