Kobe is well on his way to being the next Kobe.
Its sad how someone always has to compare something such as Kobe and Michael instead of just admiring the talents individually.
Yes winning a championship with Shaq might be easier, but to still be that good and be compared to Michael Jordan WHILE playing with shaq that has to count for something. Kobe gives up MVP trophies and first option on offense to shaq and yet he is still compared to Michael Jordan.
Kobe is amazing, there is simply no complete player like him in the league right now. Even the current MVP who is heading back to cool/breezy Minnesota as we speak.

Kobe tries to be Jordan. his shot looks like it because, like every other kid, idolized jordana and wanted to be just like him. He even talks like him, or tries to, but doesn't have the personality that jordan has. Jordan also never raped anyone
Before Malone and Payton and when Shaq was out with his toe injury, Kobe scored 40 is consecutive games and everything but the lakers were barely .500. He can make his team win and his teammates better.
Lebron is better, Tracey McGrady is better, and Iverson is better.

The cheating part I understand it being wrong, by either morale, divinity or both.
However to say he deserves to spend the rest of his life in jail for a crime perhaps not committed could be something very irrational.
I don't see bringing up domestic violence as anything funny either.
Even if it is meant out of sarcasm.

Cannot compare Jordan to Kobe.
Jordan had a certain charisma when he played.
Kobe is good. But Jordan was an all around amazing basket ball player and also on top of that an amazing example to youth.
