Add Web script commands to the Tools menu
On the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Commands tab.In the Categories box, click Tools.
Drag Insert Script from the Commands box over the Tools menu. When the Tools menu displays the menu commands, point to the Macro submenu. When the Macro submenu displays the menu commands, point to the location where you want the Insert Script command to appear on the menu, and then release the mouse.
Repeat step 3 for Show All Scripts.
If the Tools menu or Macro submenu cover the Customize dialog box, drag the dialog box by its title bar to another location on the screen.Repeat step 3 for Remove All Scripts.
Click Close.

Show or hide script anchors
If you have not already done so, add Web script commands to the Tools menu.Point to Macro on the Tools menu, and then click Show All Scripts.
A check mark by the command indicates that script anchors will display. You can clear the check mark to hide script anchors.

janne, c'mon! don't let the bastards grind you down. i read this sentence about the fear to lose the life-status (sociology) and he said that one should think from time to time that life will end one day in the future - death. so what you have to lose? enjoy these years that are given to you!

Select a text will act as hyperlink
go to Insert
click Hyperlink
on your left hand side, you should be able to see the "Place in This Document"
In order for you to add anchor, you need to use "Heading" in headers of your paragraph.
Select on a title or header of the text with your body of your document that you want to link.
And change the format to Heading 1 or 2 or 3 etc...
Than when you go to Hyperlink area, and select "Place in This Document" you wil see + sign on your Headings on your right hand box.
Select the one you want that you want to link to.
