I think you could makethe logo a bit bigger to fit the horiz depth of that white area more which would balance the large type you have for the nav better, which I would make a bit smaller personally.. I would also perhaps make the titles a bit smaller and they seem to be in a bit of a tight fit.
the basic layout is pretty clean and neat but I think it could do with a bit of colour
