which format to use for importing/exporting vectors (illustrator .ai) to pagemaker (pc)? - never worked wit pagemaker before - client wants to do layout himself :s

.EPS is best. Adobe Web Forums says that when using placed graphics in Pagemaker, only use EPS and TIF.

That's the problem with converting them to TIF. Are you sure he can't use the EPS files? All he needs to do is File>Place... and select the right EPS file. He doesn't need to "open" them or anything.

Oh by the way, Pagemaker is going to display the vector file all pixellated on-screen. But when your client prints it out (using a Postscript driver) it'll come out fine.
