im doing an experimental animation . this would probaly be the first project i work in a team. i do not know why.. but its sux though. i would really love to work as team but its kinda hard for me. any advices out there?

Try to work with poeple who will complement your skills. For example work with some one who has different skills to you so your not trying to do the same thing.

try and understand what the other folks of your team wants would be a good start.

kid, teams are good, but it's not all about the players, it's about the manager! i studied risk management and was frequently in charge of 15 people, i ran an offshoot of a telecommuniations/web and retail concern in ireland while writing for various US trade mags. i won three awards for leadership at the IECG between 1999-2003! drop me a mail i can send you some PDFs and some online manuals!
