Anyone know of any apps that convert m2v files to a .mov or any other editable file?

.m2v is normally an MPEG-2 format which means you'll be able to take it into Adobe Premiere and edit it... if it doesn't work try changing the file extension to .mpg then import...

I import my m2v files into Adobe Premiere.... Didn't that work for you? Or you need more appz that do the same thing?

if you are on a mac, try Mediapipe...it is on sourceforge
great app....little complicated but works like a charm
