What is the best format to use when using video in flash ??
Source file is a video we render in 3ds , or some captured video from a movie...
Mov ? Flv ?
the only diff with flv is that it doesnt need to be compressed by flash when generating the .swf right ??thanks

.flv and then bring them into your Flash Module externally.

using Sorenson Squeeze enables you to compress your video and export as .flv
- ********0
using an .avi and .mov is fine but I would stick with the .flv for both size and ease of use with AS. .avi and .mov's are good for just embedding within HTML and opening with default movie players or specifying to open with Quicktime, etc., etc.
